Anabelle Perez Gray
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Darsana Capital Partners LP

Anabelle Perez Gray is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Darsana Capital Partners LP, a long-short equity investment manager. Most recently, Anabelle was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at HealthCor Management, LP, a healthcare-focused, long-short equity hedge fund manager. Prior to HealthCor, she was the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of FRM Americas LLC, an affiliate of Man Group.

Before joining Man, Anabelle was an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman and Hughes Hubbard & Reed, assisting her clients with fund formation, regulatory audits, and transactional work. She started her career as a journalist for Institutional Investor and other trade publications. An advocate for women, Anabelle serves as an advisory board member for Women in Funds, an organization that promotes the empowerment of women in the private funds industry. Anabelle actively volunteers for several charities, including participating in Cycle for Survival, a Memorial Sloan Kettering event to raise funds for rare cancer research, and acting as a mentor for military veterans through American Corporate Partners. Anabelle serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Catholic Guardian Services. Anabelle has a B.A. from the University of Delaware in English, with a concentration in Business Technical Writing. She also holds a Master’s in Publishing from New York University and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
