Catholic Guardian Services provides residential supports and services for people with developmental disabilities. These individuals live in our community-based residences throughout New York City. Our staff is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our residents, encouraging them to reach their highest levels of independence and become fully engaged in their communities.

The individuals whom we support face many different challenges; some are blind, some deaf, some are unable to walk, some have dual diagnoses with behavioral or complex medical needs, and many are elderly. In addition to providing a home, we offer a full array of community-based services.
