Caryn Ashare, Chief Administrative Officer, joined Catholic Guardian in 2013 as the Chief Program Officer. She has 25 years of experience creating and operationalizing strategic plans, supporting organizational change, and developing and managing programs to achieve organizational goals.

Ms. Ashare has an AB from Bryn Mawr College, a law degree from New York University School of Law, and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia School of Social Work. Ms. Ashare’s substantive background in child welfare, policy development, behavioral health, and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities supports her work improving agency performance and implementing strategies to support.

When not at work, Ms. Ashare enjoys travel, theater, and spending time with her family.
